Melina Allemand Broker

Born and raised in Grants Pass, Oregon, Melina Allemand has always adored her hometown. Taking in all the opportunities that the rogue valley has to offer, she loves to hike the local trails, raft on the many rivers that flow throughout the area, relax at the beautiful vineyards and roam the charming downtown shops. Even though she loves to adventure outdoors, she also spends her past time reading, baking and spending time with her family. Her favorite perk about Grants Pass is the gorgeous farmland that can be admired from just a quick drive in either direction. One of her main goals to accomplish with her husband Benjamin is to create their own homestead, allowing a comfortable place for their present and future family to come and take in the wonders of gardening and raising livestock.

Having moved numerous times in her life Melina understands the joys and struggles that can come along with it. With that being said, she has an ambition to help others make their transition as smooth as possible and to aid in an experience that they can look back on with satisfaction. Steve and Lynda met in high school in the Illinois Valley and have been married over 35 years. They have lived in Southern Oregon for the bulk of those years, with some time spent in Seattle and small town Idaho. They have always been drawn back to their Southern Oregon roots.

Steve and Lynda have two adult children and six grandchildren. Over the years they have lived in a condo, a manufactured home, a log home, in a subdivision, on half an acre, and on a six acre mini farm. They understand the changing needs of different seasons of life.

Steve and Lynda have been in the position of buyer, seller and landlord. They understand the process of real estate transactions.
